To support removal of RZLT exemption for car parks with planning for homes

“That this Council writes to the Minister for Housing, Local Government andHeritage to recommend that the Minister brings forward a legislative amendment, such that, land which has planning permission for residential development, and which is currently used for car parking, would no longer be exempt from the Residential Zoned Land Tax.”
